Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time.

Please note our shipping policy are as follows:

1)   We ship all the orders within India and Outside India as well (Globally).

2)   We ship the orders on all the week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. 

3)   A "Shipping Confirmation" email will be sent to you on shipment of your order. This will contain the Ordered Bill number, Consignment number, Tracking number & all other details of your order. Once an order is placed, if there are any changes in the shipping address, it has to be informed to Mohiniraj Prakashan's customer service team within 12 hours of placing the order.

4)  Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

5)   To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier companies like India Post (Registered Book Post, Registered Parcel, Airmail etc), DTDC Courier, Professional Courier, Maruti Courier, Delhivery, Bluedart, FedEx, Airmail etc.

6)   Shipments for Domestic destinations within India are dispatch within 3-4 days and it will be delivered within 3-5 days from the date of an order.

7)   Shipments for International destinations outside India (Globally), generally we ship the shipment through India Post, Airmail, Fedex and it will be delivered within 3-4 weeks from the date of dispatched.

8)   We accept orders and ship orders to all countries in the world. Kindly note that there are some books, which can be sold and shipped to SAARC nations only i.e. India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Maldives and Afghanistan.

9)   However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 10 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from our respective Publishers/Suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 10 days of the order, we shall inform you & as per your instructions cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and also send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.

10) If you believe that the products is not in a good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the products, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or mail us at info@mohiniraj.com , mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

11) Shipping Charges :

                   i. Within India (Domestic) :
Shipping charge in India is flat Rs.30/- per order for the first upto 500 gms weight is applicable. If total order weight is more than 500 gms then shipping charge will be charged Rs.15/- extra on every extra 500 gms weight. Our system automatically calculates and displays the shipping charges for your review. Please allow 3-4 working days for delivery within India. We are not responsible for any delays in delivery by the courier partner. We will however make all efforts to ensure timely deliveries.

                   ii. Outside India (International/ Globally) :
Shipping rates for the places outside the India are determined by package weight and Our system automatically calculates and displays the shipping charges for your review as per in your selected Currency (USD, EURO, GBP). We are not responsible for any delays in delivery by the courier partner. We will however make all efforts to ensure timely deliveries.
