1)   We offer 3 days replace/ return policy for our avid book readers. If a reader is not satisfied with his/her purchase or find any damages or any genuine fault either in the packaging or in the products then he/she may request for replacement or return but it should be inform us within the period of 3 days from the receipt of the products either by E-mail info@Mohiniraj.com or WhatsApp .

2)   As we always suggest that before accepting a delivery please make sure that packaging is neither damaged nor tampered, we suggest refusing damaged or tampered delivery. Even than if you find products in bad, defective, damaged or different from description please inform us at info@Mohiniraj.com or fill up Return & Cancellation request form, we’ll get in touch with you within 72 hours. Your book will either be replaced or amount will be refunded (excluding shipping cost) in case if it is out of stock. To ensure fast Returns/Replacement, please attach images with it.

3)   As we offer gift coupons worth full amount of your purchases, please be noted that once you receive a discount coupon against your purchase your order can not be cancelled.

4)   E-books are not subject to Return or Exchange in any case.

5)   Replace or Return will not be possible if books are not in the same condition as shipped by the buyer.

6)   Replace or Return will not be possible if reader is not having original invoice, packing & courier airway bill.

7)   Replace or Return will not be possible if desire is raised after 3 days of delivery.

Refund Policy

1)   Shopping is safe and secure at Mohiniraj.com. All credit card/net banking/debit card etc. transactions on Mohiniraj.com take place through secured payment gateway.

2)   For the orders cancelled/returned, we will initiate refund through the payment gateway immediately. The actual refund to your account will depend ultimately on your bank which can take up to 14 – 15 days.

3)   If our logistic partners are not being able to deliver at given Address, a full refund will automatically be issued.

4)   Shipping cost would charge for refund, since we do not offer free shipping all over India or Globally.

5)   If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days (as per individual bank policy).

6)   Mohiniraj.com unconditionally guarantees all products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the reader is advised to notify us by email at info@Mohiniraj.com within 3 days from receipt of the products and you may return it to us in its original condition within 7 working days of receipt of your order. Only defective/ damaged/ faulty/ incorrect products will be replaced with new. If the return is due to an error we have made, we will refund including the cost of returning the order.
